FedEx Thailand Named One of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia by HR Asia 2021

FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world's largest express transportation companies, was recently named one of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia - Thailand by HR Asia 2021.FedEx Thailand claimed its spot on the awards list by receiving survey results well above the industry's average in all categories, which highlighted the company's high levels of employee engagement and exceptional workplace culture.

The company achieved an outstanding 98 percent of required responses to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, an employee engagement survey that provides leaders and organizations insight to the employees' feedback and expectations from their working experience in a company through a series of in-depth topics.

The FedEx vision of delivering the "Purple Promise," a shared commitment to "Make every experience outstanding" for its customers' trust and loyalty while becoming a great place to work, has proven to be successfully delivered through the results of the comprehensive questionnaire.

"This recognition is a testament to the commitment and hard work of our Thai employees. We continuously improve our employee engagement through our Survey-Feedback-Action (SFA) program. Our engagement score is regularly above 86 percent, which shows that our employees value our caring, order, results and learning values that support our People-Service-Profit (P-S-P) philosophy," said Woon Tien Long, Managing Director, FedEx Express Thailand."

This survey has grown to become one of the largest employee engagement surveys across Asia today. At present, it has surpassed 2 million participants in major Asian markets such as Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, India and Vietnam.
