Accenture Opens Intelligent Operations Center to Support Thailand's Aspiration to Be a More Vibrant, Sustainable, and Resilient Country

Accenture is proud to announce the establishment of its new Intelligent Operations Center in Thailand. Building on its 44-year presence in the country, the new center will fuel enterprise transformation and a specialized local talent workforce to support the digital economy.

Located in Thailand's capital of Bangkok, the Intelligent Operations Center aims to help clients digitize faster and become data-led with real-time insights enabling them to scale innovation, build a future-ready workforce, increase automation and intelligence-led work, and offer a better employee and customer experience. The goal is to help businesses accelerate their capabilities in areas such as sustainability, circular supply chain, metaverse, marketing and sales operations.

Through the center, Accenture will increase its staff strength to support a variety of business services and functions such as finance, human resources, procurement, supply chain and marketing. Employees will have the opportunity to tap into Accenture's global network and leverage the company's vast insights, relationships and learning. This will be driven by collaborations with the business ecosystem and local community including the Ministry of Labour's Department of Employment, The Thai Chamber of Commerce and local universities.

Officiating the launch earlier today were Thailand's Finance Minister Khun Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Thailand's Minister of Labor Khun Suchart Chomklin and Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce Khun Sanan Angubolkul. Designed with collaboration and co-creation in mind, the Intelligent Operations Center feature open areas to facilitate active discussions inspired by the demonstrations of interactive and immersive digital technologies.

The Intelligent Operations Center joins Accenture's Advanced Technology Center in Thailand to form the core tenets of Accenture's innovation architecture network in Southeast Asia. This network is designed to help clients capture new opportunities and sustain business growth through experience-led digital innovations. Globally, Accenture operates a network of more than 50 Accenture Advanced Technology Centers and Intelligent Operations Centers serving clients in more than 120 countries.
