Currently, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has started to introduce a new design for the interior and exterior of nationwide outlets. The move is based on the global brand message "Drive your Ambition" and intended to provide better customer experiences in a high quality retail environment and also to strengthen Mitsubishi Motors' brand image.
Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said, "Overall performance is good, we are in the right track to 2018 target. However, we still committed to emphasize improvement of products and services. To evolving our brand, we will implement the new outlet identity to ensure that the customers can experience a consistent Mitsubishi-ness, including look and feel and service quality of Mitsubishi Motors Thailand wherever they are".
Mitsubishi Motors Thailand plans to upgrade its 220 outlets nationwide by FY2020 while forty outlets will be completed within FY2018. Nine of them have been completed and be ready to serve customers now.
