dunnhumby In-store Retail Media to be extended to 170 Tesco Lotus Hypermarkets

New One-Stop premium Retail Media service introduced for brands and media agencies

International marketing consultancy dunnhumby is adding at-store Retail Media at 170 large format Tesco Lotus stores around Thailand giving the retailer more opportunities to connect with customers and drive growth.

The product, called Connect Media, gives brands the opportunity to bridge the gap between above the line and below the line advertising by extending campaigns in and around stores in a wide variety of digital and non-digital formats, targeting the large number of customers who make at-the-shelf buying decisions. Through using mediums such as interactive displays, digital shelf life displays and augmented reality, Connect Media provides incredible impact to customers at point of purchase, improving brand impact and inspiring customer decisions.

“Today’s multichannel customer is exposed to media in many new and different ways can engage, surprise, delight and reward. dunnhumby already manages Retail Media at Tesco Lotus Express stores in Thailand, and our work has seen increases in sales and customer visits of between +7% and +35% across a number of campaigns to date. In addition to giving full operational support to install and monitor the campaign during its life, brand will also be able to understand campaign performance like never before with dunnhumby evaluation.
