SHOW DC and ROCK ON RADIO are inviting rock fans, specifically Linkin Park's fans, to watch the "IN THE MEMORIES OF CHESTER BENNINGTON DOCUMENTARY", a precious documentary film of Linkin Park and Chester Bennington – the late and gifted musician who will live forever in his fans' hearts. Scheduled to be on show at SHOW DC as Thailand's premiere for fans and general public, the film brings back stories and several honours the band had received from the world's music circle under the Linkin Park name. There is also a discussion and sharing of experience and thoughts in the "Talk Session with Special Guests", which features two of Thailand's most reputed rock stars like"Aey" from "Ebola", which was once the guest band of Linkin Park at their concert in Thailand, and "Tao"from "Sweet Mullet". The two artists will share how Chester Bennington inspired them and their works.
The documentary consists of 2 parts, which are:
· "The Making of Meteora" features moments behind the making of "Meteora", the album that was sold more than 800,000 copies in its first week and thus was ranked Billboard's best seller during that time.
· "Linkin Park Live in Texas" is the first live album and the third video album of Linkin Park. Released on 18 November 2003, the album also includes the song, "Reanimation", from their first remix album. The album ranked 23rd on the Billboard 200. The audio version of the concert consists of 12 out of 17 tracks. By the end of "A Place For My Head", Chester breaks Brad's guitar, whereas Joe Hahn throws a piece of his equipment on the stage. Certain parts of this live video were featured in many of their unofficial music videos.
o The main list includes songs from Hybrid Theory that was certified gold and sold over 10 million copies. Considered an overwhelming success, most songs are about problems and experience of the band's lead vocal in his youth. Singles from Hybrid Theory include "One Step Closer", "Crawling", "Papercut" and "In the End". All of which were promotional singles and swept massive popularity, especially "In the End".
o As the second studio album, the band spent more than a year with the "Meteora", which features successful singles like "Somewhere I Belong", "Faint", "Numb","From the Inside", as well as the promotional single, "Lying From You". In 2013, the album sold over 20 million copies worldwide and was ranked number 36 of the Billboard's Top 200 Albums of the Decade.
