Karnchang Pcl., Mr. Predee Daochai, President of KASIKORNBANK, and Mr. Vipoota Trakulhoon, Senior Executive Vice President of Krung Thai Bank, celebrated issuance of CH. Karnchang’s No. 1/2013 debentures which are unsubordinated and unsecured, with debenture holders’ representative. The 4-billion-Baht debentures of five-year-and-nine-month tenor with interest at 5 percent per annum were rapidly subscribed by general and institutional investors.
