Mr. Nithi has been with the Bank since 2010. He has more than 15 years of legal experience and has worked for a number of leading law firms in Thailand.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, he worked for international law firm Hunton & Williams (Thailand) Ltd., where he advised Thai and multinational financial institutions and companies on banking law, corporate law, deal structuring, corporate financing, dispute resolution and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Nithi graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Laws. He then received his barrister-at-law certification from the Thai Bar Association, a Master of Laws in corporate and securities law from the University of Iowa, USA and a Master of Laws in international law from the American University, USA.
