KAL appreciates the important of financial planning and that in Thailand there is a gap of providing financial literacy to the underprivileged and low-income communities. The workshop focused on financial planning for the household and it highlighted how the family's financials, although a small unit of society, can impact the micro economics of Thailand. The program also focused on how and why to prepare a household budget and a savings plan and how this will greatly help to reduce debt.
