CKP Prepares for an Annual Shareholders Meeting “New Normal” Style on Monday, August 3, 2020

Mr. Thanawat Trivisvavet, Managing Director of CK Power Public Company Limited. (SET:CKP) announced that CKPower will be hosting a 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, August 3, 2020 at Viriyathavorn Building (4 th Floor in Supannikar Room) on Sutthisarn Winitchai Road, Dindaeng District, Bangkok.This meeting will strictly follow New Normal measures, corroborating with government policies on reduction and prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Following such measures, the meeting is expected to last no longer than 1.5 hours; and participants are capped at 100 people. All participants are to be seated in accordance with social distancing guidelines and are required to wear a mask at all times. Moreover, there will not be any extra chairs and participants will be asked not to stand at any time during the meeting. Any questions or inquiries will be taken only in a written format as the use of microphones is prohibited. Participants will be asked to only inquire about issues on the agenda in order to maintain the meeting duration protocol. Since the room capacity is limited to only 100 participants, shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting may authorize independent directors as proxies to act on their behalf regarding voting and inquiry. For those proxies who are not authorized to attend the meeting, they can send their questions to the company’s staff.

The company will also set up screening booths, where participants will be asked to register through the “Thai Chana”platform both before and after entering the venue as well as having their temperature checked. Those who pass the screening will receive a sticker, which is required to be visible the whole time they are in the venue. The company reserves the rights to refuse entry to any individuals with potential symptoms indicative of COVID-19 such as fever (body temperature above 37.5 degree Celsius), cough, sore throat, runny nose, and short of breath.

Additionally, the company will sanitize and clean all surface areas of the venue a day prior to the meeting as well as preparing hand soaps, alcohol gels, and other sanitizers in several locations throughout the venue; especially in crowded areas. These safety measures will be strictly applied

to all individuals including our directors and staff attending the meeting because CKPower takes priority in public hygiene and safety of our shareholders and staff.
