Savour our fresh abalone, especially Mexican abalone prepared in various cooking styles at The Empress Chinese restaurant by master chef. They have been reared, plastered with a sweetness, and the taste quickly evolved to a saltiness of the sea. Among dishes served are stir-fried abalone with fresh chili, stir-fried abalone in heat oil, stir-fried abalone with X.O. sauce, braised Mexican abalone with garlic, braised abalone with black mushroom in brown sauce, and baked Mexican abalone in casserole.

Price starts at THB 3,500++ for lunch or dinner, during July-September at The Empress Chinese Restaurant, Royal Princess Larn Luang, Bangkok.
