If you appreciate grilled specialties, you will absolutely enjoy dining at Espresso restaurant, InterContinental Bangkok. Throughout September and October, the well-renowned all day dining venue presents a new menu of grilled specialties to spoil and treat diners to a wide variety of mouthwatering recipes from the grill that cannot be missed - ready to be served to everyone's table.

Every Sunday to Thursday, enhancing Espresso's international dinner buffet will be meat and seafood delicacies marinated with a flavorful combination of herbs, spices and other ingredients all carefully chosen to bring out the best of each dish. Similarly well-matched condiments – for instance tangy sauces, savory emulsions and piquant spices – further enhance each dish.

Buffet menu highlights include honey-lavender roasted baby lamb spare ribs; slow-roasted garlic-thyme pork chops; five-spiced honey roasted duck; as well as beef and chicken selections. Among seafood specialties are lemon-thyme marinated prawn skewer with toasted sesame and teriyaki-glazed foie gras-stuffed crab cake.

Deliciously marinated vegetables likewise are served with condiments in dishes such as shiitake mushrooms with Japanese seven spices and flat leg mushroom with several sauces matching your taste. Additional condiments include hickory BBQ sauce, lobster emulsion, wasabi cream, Cajun spices and many more.
