Laurent Ganguillet, our Executive Pastry Chef and his team are taking their initiative to present "Italian Lemon Souffle and Blueberry Meringue" as our Cake of the Month for October at Thimian.

This pleasantly fluffy vanilla sponge cake is filled with Italian lemon souffle cream, blueberry compose and crowned with homemade meringue crust and fresh blueberry. The tempting aroma and sour flavour of Italian lemon and blueberry compose make this cake a real pleasure in every bite - simply irresistible.
