In recent years, Dafeng has adhered to the concept of green development, made efforts in the construction of four sectors of "ecological tourism, blue tourism, rural tourism and culture tourism", and completed a batch of scenic resorts well known at home and overseas, such as China Pere David's Deer Park, Sea of Holland Flowers, Ocean World, Zhiqing Farm, Plum Bay, Hengbei Pear Garden, Harvest Land and Fantasy Maze. Dafeng participated in the float parade of Shanghai International Tourism Festival every year, highly fond of by tourists with the unique creation, bright colors and rich connotation.
The float this year is decorated with festive lanterns with such design elements as tulip, rose, windmill house and loving heart, it also displays the image of Pere David's Deer in both plate and stereoscopic forms. Furthermore, many internal LED light sources are used to create a fantastic visual effect, to fully demonstrate the rich tourism resources of Dafeng. The publicity advertisement slogans for the city image of Dafeng on both sides of the float further present the unique ecological landscape and cultural deposit of Dafeng, fully expanding the influence and reputation of "Home of Pere David's Deer and Picturesque Dafeng".
