Concluding the first co-location of INTERMAT ASEAN 2018 and Concrete Asia 2018

INTERMAT ASEAN 2018 and Concrete Asia 2018, ASEAN's construction and concrete trade exhibitions, ended on a positive note after bringing together 5,000 industry professionals.

Mr. Loy Joon How, General Manager, IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the co-organizer of INTERMAT ASEAN 2018 and Concrete Asia 2018, revealed that the two events, held at IMPACT Exhibition Center, Bangkok, Thailand, generated sales estimated to be worth more than THB 10 billion, 10 times increase from the previous year.

"We are pleased with the support from the construction and concrete industry around the world. Exhibitors came from 14 countries including Australia, China, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Turkey, India, Italy, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom and the United States, while visitors and buyers came from 43 countries," added Mr. Loy Joon How.

Strong government support

INTERMAT ASEAN and Concrete Asia are honored to have the presence of Dr. Uttama Savanayana, Minister, Ministry of Industry and Mr. Pairin Chuchotethavorn, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Transport at the exhibitions.

Other government organizations also displayed the upcoming and current projects related to the infrastructure networks in Thailand, including the Department of Highways; Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning; Expressway Authority of Thailand; Royal Irrigation Department; and State Railway of Thailand.
