Expertly crafted by a passionate culinary master. Chef Hiroshi Masuda, the new ? la carte selection features highly-prized delicacies and incorporates seasonal ingredients into delectable dining offerings to reflect the seasonal beauty of Japanese cuisine.

Starting in October, diners can relish the spawning season?s bounty of Japan that favors the best flavor of two autumnal culinary gems ?Ikura? and ?Salmon?. The two featured ingredients are vividly presented in classic favourites like 'Sake Ikura Don?, a light and super tasty japanese rice bowl topped with fresh sashimi-grade salmon and salmon roe (ikura), 'Sake Hoiru-Yaki? or juicy and flavourful salmon baked in foil, and 'Ishikari Nabe?, Hokkaido-style salmon & miso hot pot.

Continuing in November, oysters are a high point of any evening at Hagi as Master Chef Hiroshi Masuda showcases an exotic flavour of this truly moreish seafood specialty in his many styles.
