AIS Expands its Serenade Club to 20 Locations as the Number of High-Value Customers Continues to Grow, Plus Introducing Outlet Makeover to Complement Latest Service Excellence

AIS plans to invest more than 680 million baht to care for Serenade customers, including an expansion of Serenade Club to reach 20 locations nationwide as demands from high-value customers are expected to grow more than 40% this year, plus introducing The Ultimate Service Experience to soothe customers' five senses.

Mrs. Bussaya Satirapipatkul, Executive Vice President of Customer Service Management at Advanced Info Service Public Limited Company (AIS), explained the company's objective to heighten AIS services for Serenade customers. "Customer service has always been the essence of customer care. Last year, the number of Serenade customers stood at 4.5 million. This number is expected to reach 6.3 million by the end of this year, more than 40% increase. AIS is always striving to offer the best services for best customer experience in every aspects, including service, privileges, activities and touch points.

This year, AIS plans to invest more than 680 million baht in expanding Serenade Club for a total of 20 locations. The new batch of Serenade Clubs will be opened in Bangkok, Chiangmai, Chonburi, Rayong, and Hat Yai. Combined with the existing Serenade Room, AIS will have more than 40 Serenade outlets to serve high-value customers nationwide."
