Maduzi Hotel, Bangkok presents an “innovative” menu in welcoming the New Year with a 3 course dinner “ Scent Of Black Truffle” at “Maduzi Restaurant by Yuya” throughout the month of January 2012.

Lovers of black truffles are sure to look forward to taste the aromatic hors D’oeuvre of Home-made Smoked Duck Breast and Jumbo Hokkaido Scallop marinated with black truffle sent straight from France, and served with fennel confit and porcini mushroom duxelles.

For the Main dish you’ll be delighted with a classic menu of Roasted New Zealand lamb fillet served with black truffle scented lamb jus and healthy seasonal vegetables. And to end off, Maduzi’s delicious Dessert of the Day is a must for those with a sweet tooth while guests who do not go for desserts may have a choice of a glass or white or red wine instead.
