Amari Phuket appoints Mr Luz Ermatinger to be the new Manager of Food and Beverage. Mr Luz Ermatinger comes from Switzerland and graduated from the Swiss Hospitality Management School Lucerne receiving a Professional Bachelor ODEC in Hospitality and continued his studies by completing the Tourism Graduate Hotelier program at the Restaurateur Advanced Hospitality College. Prior to joining Amari Phuket, Mr Ermatinger has worked as an Operation Manager at Amari Palm Reef Koh Samui. With more than ten years in the hospitality industry, Mr Ermatinger is now taking on his new position and there are major roles that he is responsible for in this position including the management and operation of Food and Beverage. He is looking forward to integrating his team into the structure of the house to reach the goals of the Food and Beverage Department.
