THAI Passengers Arrived in Bangkok from Karachi

The Corporate Image and Communication Department of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) reported further progress of THAI flight TG508 at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, Pakistan. The airport resumed normal operations on 9 June 2014 at 16.00 hours (local time, 2 hours behind Thailand) after being temporarily closed on 8 June 2014 at 23.00 hours (local time). THAI transported 296 passengers and 16 flight crew with departure from Karachi to Bangkok on flight TG508, operated with Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The flight departed from Karachi on 9 June 2014 at 18.35 hours (local time) and arrived safely in Bangkok on 10 June 2014 at 01.35 hours (time in Thailand).

THAI operates five roundtrip flights per week on the route Bangkok-Karachi. Details are as follows:

-TG507/508 roundtrip on the route Bangkok-Karachi-Muscat operates three times per week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday

-TG341/342 roundtrip on the route Bangkok-Karachi operates two times per week on Friday and Saturday
