Photo Release: THAI Brings British Cave Divers Home

Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Transport, Mr. Weerasak Kowsurat, Minister of Tourism and Sports, Mr. Pailin Chuchottaworn, Deputy Transport Minister, and representatives from Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Airports of Thailand, together expressed their gratitude and bid farewell to Mr. John Volanthen and Mr. Jason Mallinson, cave diving experts from the British Cave Rescue Council, who traveled back to London on board THAI's flight, after successfully rescuing 13 members of a youth football team who were trapped inside the Kun Nam Nang Non Cave in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai province.

THAI provided roundtrip tickets from London-Bangkok to cave diving experts from the British Cave Rescue Council, United Kingdom, and helped transport their rescue equipment. Upon arrival at London Heathrow Airport, Mr. John Volanthen and Mr. Jason Mallinson received a warm welcome from THAI.
