A veteran hospitality professional with years of experience at some of the world’s most renowned five-star hotels, Mr. Hanna will ensure that the exceptional bespoke service to the St. Regis brand is flawlessly executed at the new Residences, which opened in April, 2011.

As Director of Residences, Hanna will provide owners with the timeless services that are hallmark to the St. Regis Hotels and Resorts. This includes the famed St. Regis butler service that offers unparalleled round-the-clock personal attention to every resident as well as the 5 star general management service provided to the hotel. In addition, owners of The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok can expect VIP reservations the St. Regis’ signature restaurants and Elemis Spa, as well as exclusive access to the private swimming pool, Jacuzzis and lounge.
Gerald Hanna joins the St. Regis Bangkok after three years as Director of Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou where he successfully oversaw ninety-one residences, ensured service standards, and was responsible for all departmental training activities, among other things. Prior to his position at the Ritz-Carlton, Mr. Hanna trained and worked at five-star hotels around the globe including the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, and the Hotel De Crillon in Paris.
