For the convenience of regular customers, Big C has launched the Shopper Loan Card with special conditions and 0% interest.
With the ongoing growth and popularity of installment payment systems, Big C anticipates 100,000 card members by the end of this year.
"Big C is focused on expanding our customer base by meeting the needs of customers and maintaining a high level of Customer Relations Management (CRM). Currently, there are 1 million installment customers in Thailand with credit lines of 10,000 ? 12,000 Baht," said Ms Pariyanuch Na Taguatung, Director of Marketing and PR of Big C Supercenter PCL, "Following the growth of the installment payment trend, Big C Supercenter PLC is launching the "Shopper Loan Card" in conjunction with Settelem (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The Shopper Loan Card will increase the purchasing power of regular Big C shoppers and make it especially convenient to purchase handy electrical appliances, mobile phones, computers and other useful products. Payment starts with a 0% interest rate for up to 48 monthly installments and many special offers for card-holders."

Approved regular customers receive a monthly credit line through the card and the right to increase the credit line for payment by installments.
Additionally, Shopper Loan Card members will get special "fast shopping" offers by presenting their Shopper Loan Card and ID card at Big C credit counters and electric appliance corners of 41 Big C stores. Card members can purchase products in 5 minutes. It takes only 15 minutes to apply for the card and it is free of charge. Big C Purchasing Card members can bring their existing cards to exchange for the new card.
