Bangkok Bank received more than 5 billion baht in home loan registrations from more than 2,000 customers during the House and Condo Show last weekend.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President, Ms Ruchanee Nopmuang, said the bank’s range of special mortgage offers proved extremely popular and customers were signing up right until the last minute.
“The four-day House and Condo Show was a great success for Bangkok Bank. Our expert staff were on hand to assist customers with their applications and they were kept busy throughout the show.
“More than 2,000 people completed registrations for Bualuang Home Loans and the total value was just over 5 billion baht,” Ms Ruchanee said.
Ms Ruchanee also credited the wide range of choices available to customers when selecting a mortgage from Bangkok Bank as another reason for the spectacular results from the event which was held at the QSNCC on September 28 — October 1.
“Bangkok Bank is continually developing its mortgage products to suit people’s changing needs and to give them more choice. We offer four different options and we received a lot of feedback that people liked the idea of the bank providing them with flexibility in their mortgage decisions,” Ms Ruchanee said.
The bank also offered customers the option of a free TV, fridge, stereo, washing machine or microwave when they took out a Bualuang Home Loan or purchased a Bualuang Property at the fair.
