Thailand Futures Exchange PCL (TFEX) will introduce SET50 Index Options at Money Expo 2007 during May 10 — 13 and support it with investor education seminars. The product is to be launched in Q3/2007. Also at the event, people can apply to join the internet trading game ‘TFEX Futures Camp Challenge 2007’.
At Money Expo, participants can learn the basics of trading SET50 Index Options, and experience trading the product online by participating in TFEX Futures Camp Challenge 2007. The three top scoring players in each round of the challenge will receive prizes totaling THB 100,000 per round, TFEX Managing Director Ms. Kesara Manchusree said.
TFEX will hold two seminar sessions at the Expo: “Know it all before trading options” on Saturday, May 12, and “Tips from futures experts” on Sunday, May 13, from 11:00 to 12:30 hours at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Meeting Room.
‘TFEX Futures Camp Challenge 2007’, will run over three independent sessions: May 14 - 25, August 30 - 31 and October 15 - 26. Anybody wishing to join or receive more information can apply at the TFEX booth at Hall A area, and receive a complimentary TFEX t-shirt and information package.
