Siam Home Group launched @ City Condominium — a mega project consisting of five residential buildings with a total value of 1,300 million baht — which set a new phenomenon in the condominium industry by initiating its one-price-per-sqm policy starting from 1.5 million Baht per unit.
Siam Home Development Group launched @ City Condominium project with a total value of 1,300 million Baht on a 7-rai plot of land on Sukhumvit 101/1 and set a new phenomenon in the condominium industry by initiating its one-price-per-sqm policy starting from 1.5 million Baht per unit. As a result, the first building is now 60% sold, while the second building is being launched this coming June 9-10, 2007 with one-price-per-sqm strategy at only 44,000 per sqm. Every unit will be equipped with built-in furniture, closets, Index kitchen, air conditioner, etc.
Mr. Jasvindersingh Phichitsingh, President of Siam Home Development Co., Ltd., discloses about @ City Condominium that the project will be conveniently located on Sukhumvit 101/1 with easy access to BTS system (only 600 meters to and from Sukhumvit 101 station). With five residential buildings on a 7-rai plot of land and a total value of 1,300 million baht, the project is naturally large in itself as it is difficult to find a piece of land of this size in this area.
Mr. Kuldip Phichitsingh, Managing Director of Siam Home Development Co., Ltd., further adds that the project targets at modern white collars who want to live comfortably and conveniently at reasonable price — all on top of its special promotions. Moreover, since there will be only one price per sqm, it will totally be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Talking about sales and marketing campaign, Mr. Alan Lin, CEO of Harrison Pcl., reveals that Harrison has set aside a budget of 20 million baht for its advertising and public relation program. Currently the first building, namely CITY CANAL, which is a 14-story building consisting of 168 units, is 60% sold. The price of a one-bedroom unit with usable area of 33 — 35 SQM starts at 1.49 million baht, while a two-bedroom unit with usable area of 44 — 54 SQM starts at 1.89 million baht.
“This is the first phenomenon in this condominium industry, where one price-per-sqm is set; therefore, it is only a matter of who comes first. They will then be able to choose the best suite from any floor or any corner. As a result, the first building has already been a success. And in order to leverage on this success, we are launching the second building, namely CITY CALM, with exactly the same blueprint and the same one price-per-sqm at only Baht 44,000. All we require is a deposit of Baht 10,000 as part of your 15% down payment.” said Mr. Alan.
He further added that he was confident that the sales would be brief as the price included necessary furniture, including air conditioner in every bedroom, Index built-in kitchen with electric oven and cooker hood, Cotto sanitary wares, shower room with electric water heater, built-in closet, laminated wooden floor in every bedroom and granite floor in living room.
