“Ford Everest Cool White Limited” with full entertainment package to offer superior driving experience
Ford Thailand sets to excite visitors at the Motor Expo 2007 with the debut of the limited edition “Ford Ranger HD Limited” in a mega show that will also showcase the full product line-up of 15 Ford models led by the recently-launched new Ford Focus range. The “Ford Ranger HD Limited” pickup truck with HD Limited accessories is only available for performance enthusiasts in a very limited number. The “Ford Everest Cool White Limited” will also be featured in the Ford mega show during the Motor Expo 2007 at the Impact Challenger 1-3 in Muang Thong Thani from November 30 — December 10.

The Ford Ranger HD Limited draws inspiration from Ford and Harley-Davidson’s reputation as global legendary brands for 105 years. Next year, Ford and Harley-Davidson of Bangkok will jointly celebrate their shared value of inspiring and offering thrilling driving experience.
The Ford Ranger HD Limited is built on the Ford Ranger Open Cab 2.5XLS Limited. Powered by the powerful Duratorq diesel common-rail engine, the pickup produces as high as 143Hp and 330NM torque at only 1,800rpm.
The Ford Ranger HD Limited is dressed in all black, distinctive HD Limited sticker, prominent stainless side and rear trim, chrome grille with eye-catching fog lights, cargo box bed lining and sporting 17-inch alloy wheels. The interior has high-quality imported leather seats, sport-style leather steering and gear shift covers. The leather trim on the door panel is in metallic pattern and the Ranger carpet gives a clearly distinctive interior style.
The Ford Ranger HD Limited is available in limited numbers at a special price of Baht 625,000, including the special accessories worth Baht 27,000 (from normal price of Baht 40,000 and excluding the alloy wheel price).
In addition, the special Ford Everest Cool White Limited, made to celebrate the first anniversary of the new Everest, will also be launched at the event. This Ford family SUV continues to offer the best-in-class comfort and power with its market-first 5-speed automatic transmission system and the Duratorq diesel common-rail 3.0L engine that delivers 156Hp and 380Nm torque at very low engine speed of 1,800rpm. The Active Shift on the Fly and 4-wheel-drive systems give greater driving convenient and confidence while passenger safety is maximized due to the four-airbags, Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Brake force Distribution system and G-sensor. For entertainment, the special edition SUV comes with a DVD player with 6.5-inch touch screen display and Bluetooth headset and 8-inch screen for the rear passengers. The Ford Everest Cool White Limited is available at an attractive price of Baht 1,264,000.
Joining them at the Motor Expo 2007 is the new Ford Focus range led by the Ford Focus TDCi which is the market-first compact car with diesel engine. The Focus TDCi offers impressively low fuel consumption rate of only 5.6 litres per 100 km and delivers maximum 320 Nm at only 2,000rpm and 136PS at 4,000rpm. The diesel compact car is very responsive and very fun to drive.
Its sibling, the new petrol-engine Ford Focus, available in both 1.8L and 2.0L versions, will also be on the show. The Focus 1.8L delivers 125PS at 6,000rpm, and peak torque of 165Nm at 4,000rpm. The 2.0L produces 145PS at 6,000 rpm and peak torque of 185Nm at 4,500 rpm. Important for the Thai consumer, all Ford Focus petrol models are E20 capable.
Another new product that will grace the Motor Expo is the new Ford Escape that offers greater driving experience. With its 2.3L VVT engine, the new Ford Escape is designed to deliver class-leading performance, smoother drivability and refinement, along with better fuel efficiency. The new Escape is available in both 4x4 model for more adventurous and sporty ride and the 4x2 model for those customers who enjoy the ride height and benefits of a Real SUV yet do not need the 4x4 capability. The new Escape will be available at an attractive starting price of only Baht 1,099,000.
