Best Western opens the Best Western Hotel Newcity Hirosaki

Best Western International announced the opening of a 134-room Best Western Hotel Newcity Hirosaki in Japan yesterday. The city of Hirosaki is located in Aomori Prefecture in the Tohoku region of northern Japan. This modern 12-story hotel is incorporated in a shopping mall complex building adjacent to JR Hirosaki Railway Station.
Among the 134 guest rooms available at Best Western Hotel Newcity Hirosaki, there are 16 concept rooms decorated with Modern Japanese style which imaged seasons of Tsugaru region.
There are also ample banquet facilities for 400-seat and 600-cocktail reception capacities. Hotel provides The Kitchen, the brasserie which divided into Teppan-Yaki grill dining, lounge and Bar area. There are 2 private dining rooms offering guests to enjoy the sumptuous atmospheres and signature dishes. Caf? De Bijoux, hotel coffee lounge is located on the first floor offers the professional patissier and daily fresh bread from the oven.
A famous landmark dating to 1611, Hirosaki Castle is located within the city. The large 49.2-hectare grounds include three concentric moats and earthen fortifications surrounding the remains of the inner castle area: five castle gates, three corner keeps, and a castle tower.
It is also celebrated for the Cherry Blossom Festival held during April to early May in the Hirosaki park surrounding the castle. Around 2,600 Sakura (Japanese cherry blossoms) bloom during Golden Week, the longest vacation period of the year for most Japanese.
