Thailand’s leading overseas educational consultancy, Mentor International, in collaboration with True Coffee will be organising a special seminar on “Get an update on the latest fashion trends in Autumn and Winter 2009 and receive some tips on how to choose the right colors and graphic design for your daily life”. The main objectives are to provide information about Art and Design and to share your experiences in this field with those who have an interest in furthering their studies in the United Kingdom. This event will be organized on Saturday, 1 August 2009 at True Life, Siam Square Soi 3 at 13.00 — 15.00 hrs.
Through this special talk, Khun Munchumart Numbenjapol, an alumnus of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and the owner of munchu’s exclusive boutique, will inspire those who are keen on learning more about the world of fashion. Attendees will be able to apply their new knowledge with their daily dressing styles and get an update on the latest fashion trends in autumn and winter 2009. Additionally, Miss Sarinya Limthongtip, an alumnus of Chelsea College of Art and Design, UK will give a presentation on “How graphics and pattern designs are important for business success”.
This session will provide attendees an in-depth understanding of how to choose the right colors and graphics in your daily life such as choosing clothes, handbags, shoes and even items such as wallpaper for your bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Moreover, this special talk will benefit students who wish to further their education in art and design abroad especially in the United Kingdom. Central Saint Martins College and Chelsea College of Art and Design are part of the University of the Arts, London. The University of the Arts London is famous and highly ranked as a group of institutions offering specialist education in art and design. Many well known names such as Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Jimmy Choo, John Galliano and Pierce Brosnan have graduated from this university.
