The 38-year-old Thai native brings to the position more than three years’ experience with Accor group, having been with Pullman Bangkok King Power since 2008. There he worked as sous chef while honing his craft alongside a number of Michelin-starred chefs, the hotel’s De Vu Kitchen likewise taking awards for best French restaurant in 2010 and 2011. Khun Kitti holds further experience at five luxury hotel properties in Bangkok.

Kitti Sasirat earned a two-year diploma from Bangkok’s International Hotel and Tourism Management School (I-TIM). His educational background combined with extensive kitchen experience — from commis, to chef de partie, to demi chef and now to executive chef — will allow him to ensure Novotel Silom’s cuisine choices, including signature all-day dining venue The Square, fully complement and indeed enhance one of downtown’s most stylish hotels.
