Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected by removing its 'AAA' rating on Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority, Ariz.'s multifamily housing revenue refunding bonds series 2001A-1 (Pine Ridge et al.) from CreditWatch with negative implications.
