From October 15 - 22, 2011, Rossini’s Chef Stefano Merlo embraces seasonal produce with special set and a la carte menus of gourmet truffle and mushroom dishes.

Highly prized by chefs around the world, truffles are considered buried treasure, unearthed with care and used to add a unique Autumnal flavor to Italian dishes. Together with a selection of wild mushrooms, Chef Stefano’s truffle-inspired cuisine will make dining at Rossini’s in October a truly memorable experience.

The four course set menu at just Baht 2,600 includes scallop with parma ham, porcini mushroom and truffle, delicious homemade ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, and topped with shaved white truffle, a perfectly cooked barramundi fillet with black truffle, asparagus and foie gras mousse, and the indulgent dessert of warm dark chocolate cake with truffle ice cream followed by coffee or tea and biscotti.

A la carte selections include comforting polenta with a chanterelle and porcini mushroom ragout, a deeply satisfying risotto with truffles and pork cheek ham, tender veal fassona tagliata with porcini mushrooms, and more.
