Chef Anchalee and her team are featuring dishes using mushrooms such as the trumpet-shaped king oyster, the plump porcini mushroom, and the ‘lord of the forest’, morel mushroom. Other seasonal mushrooms on the menu include the Portobello, chanterelle, the flat mushroom, the button mushroom and the chestnut mushroom. On the menu too is the rare autumn-winter season black truffle, infusing its dark, earthy flavor into a variety of dishes.
