A culinary collaboration between two inspired chefs, Rossini’s Chef Stefano Merlo and Michelin-starred Chef Alfredo Russo of Il Dolce Stil Novo in Turin, draws on Italy’s rich food heritage to produce a menu of modern dishes that reflect contemporary tastes and a flair for creative presentation.

The new and exciting menu includes antipasti and salads, comforting soups and risottos, freshly made pasta and main course dishes, including several exquisite choices for vegetarians.
