This is the evening when gastronomy truly becomes a personalized art. Simply tell the chef your likes and dislikes (as well as allergies and special requests) and our Executive Chef Thierry will customize a menu to satiate your needs and desires. Chef Special night allows for maximum flexibility and innovation in the menu, built from the freshest available ingredients at the time of your visit. During creation of your menu, be sure to share with us your preferences, whether for proteins, ethnic flavors, style of cuisine, chocoholic penchant, with no limits!

Executive Chef Thierry will prepare an exclusive menu and pair it with a selection of the best quality wines with 3 white or red wines to choose from, at only 700 THB per bottle.
