Toast glamorous skyline views with bubbly and savour two seductive four course menus, impeccably designed for a taste of distinctive sensuality.“For Him” offers a mouthwatering feast, commencing with Kumamoto oyster and blood orange air, an entrée of venison carpaccio and poached lobster with semi dried grape and balsamic chocolate, and a Jerusalem artichoke with seared scallop and beluga caviar soup. A refreshing white tomato martini granite leads into a tender roasted lamb loin with root vegetables pavé and rosella and cinnamon jus, ending in a raspberry and white chocolate mousse with rose foam.
