Maduzi Hotel, Bangkok, home of Maduzi Restaurant by Yuya is launching a “French Kaiseki” cuisine offering French delicacies prepared and decorated in the Japanese Kaiseki style. Kaiseki is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner regarded as an art form that combines taste, texture, appearance and colors of food in perfect balance.

Chef Yuya took on his native country’s style of serving and cooking a multi course dinner and made it into his own style of French cuisine. The 5 course menu starts off with “Chutoro” Tuna Belly Tartar with Yuzu Citrus Pepper served with Petit Ginger Soup followed by Magnolia Leaf Wrapped Hokkaido scallop and King Crab with “Kani-miso” and Goji Berry. For the next course savor the splendid sautéed Catch of the Day and French Foie Gras served with Truffle Flavored Daikon Radish Consomme Confit before a treat of top quality A-4 Grade Iwate Wagyu Tenderloin Roast served with seasonal vegetables. And now is the time to end your memorable meal with the chef’s special dessert of the day which comes with tea or coffee.

Maduzi invites all to experience this unique blend of East-West culinary tradition every Monday to Saturday, dinner time, from now until 30 August, 2014.

“French Kaiseiki” 5 course dinner is priced at 2,000+ Baht per person. For more information or reservations, pls. contact 02-615-6400 or [email protected] or visit www.maduzihotel.com
