Sapphire Bar is going totally tea crazy in May and June with a special menu of dishes and creative cocktails inspired by teas from around the world.

Enjoy our Tea-cuisine, featuring dishes such as Chilled Mint Tea Udon Noodles with Tofu & Sesame Oil, Jasmine Tea Rice Pudding with Shitake Mushroom & Spring Onion, Cold Green Tea, Cucumber & Avocado Soup with Smoked Salmon Tartar, Pan-seared Scallops with Earl Gray Beurre Blanc & Spinach Tart, Tea-infused Fish & Chips, and a wickedly tempting Chai Spiced Tiramisu dessert.

In addition, Sapphire Bar’s bartenders have put together three “Tea-tastic” cocktails that are guaranteed to please – the Chamomile Tequila Sour, the Mint Teaser, and the Earl Grey Sling.
