dtac teams up with BTS to launch 2 major campaigns of the year for customers’ treat. “BTS lucky draw event” and “dtac and Happy customers receive 25 Baht discount at BTS”

dtac announces an important partnership with BTS by launching two major campaigns of the year to repay customer loyalty: “dtac and Happy customers receive 25 Baht discount at BTS” and “BTS lucky draw event”. For the first campaign, dtac and Happy customers will get 25 Baht discount at any BTS station every Friday, Saturday and Sunday when buying or refilling over 300 Baht on September 1, 2015 to February 28, 2016. For the other campaign, BTS urges dtac and Happy customers to buy or refill more than 100 Baht and then send SMS to compete lucky draw to be one of 22 lucky winners for Samsung Galaxy S6 giveaways valued over 500,000 Baht starting now until October 31, 2015. It is expected that more than 1.3 million customers monthly will participate these two campaigns.

The details of “dtac customers receive 25 baht discount at BTS” campaign, dtac’s reward customers receive 25 baht discount when they buy or refill their SmartPass at least 300 baht on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday starting today until 28 February 2016. The campaign duration is 18 months. dtac and Happy’s customers can dialing *140*002# just show message on their mobile phones to officers at ticketing booth. Check on privileges only at the ticketing booths on any station (20,000 servings/month)

The “BTS lucky draw event” is campaigned for BTS customers, who are also dtac or Happy customers, to register for lucky draw event when they buy or refill their SmartPass at least 100 baht. They can send SMS to compete for the prizes valued over 500,000 Baht starting today until October 31, 2015 by sending ‘BTS’ followed by 16 receipt numbers, for example, BTS1234567890123456, to 4694100. One receipt is restricted to one SMS and the charging fee is 3 Baht per message for every operator. Special privilege for dtac customers, get 2 SMS entries per receipt!

Thus, dtac and BTS will put various kinds of advertisements throughout the campaign in each BTS station including off- and on-line media that can be seen by BTS clients and dtac/Happy customers.
