From 11th March – 30th April, 2016, Chef Nicolino Lalla and his talented culinary team at Medici Kitchen & Bar invite you to indulge in a mouth-watering selection of fresh imported Mediterranean seafood.

Diners at the multi-award-winning Italian restaurant can enjoy a delicious salad of Mediterranean blue fin tuna fillet with a caper dressing, and octopus salad with potato capers and cherry tomatoes. Other seafood highlights on the creative menu include razor clam gratin, and pasta dishes such as homemade fettuccini with prawns and zucchini, and linguini with sea urchin and bottarga roe. There's also risotto with scampi and burrata cheese, beautifully cooked salt crusted sea bream, and turbot fillet with potato, olives and tomato served Mediterranean style. Friends dining together can choose a generous sharing mixed seafood grill platter with a fresh catch of tuna, razor clams, red prawns, sea bream, turbot and langoustines.
