Madison Grill offering Tiger Prawn, Fresh Trout, Salmon and Akami Tuna, Jones Dolly Lamb Chops, Beef Medallion, Sirloin Steak, Spiced Pork and Veal Sausage, Lobster and many more delectables.
Carving Station such as Roasted Duck, Crispy Pork Loin, Roasted Beef and Roasted Chicken.

Sunday Brunch is served from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Guests can select to be seated in the dining outlet of their choice (Madison, Spice Market or Aqua Bar) or in the outdoor seating area in the Parichart Court.
Champagne Brunch is priced at Baht 3,450++ per person. Non-alcoholic Brunch is at Baht 2,490++ per person. Children between 6 and12 years old pay Baht 1,250++ per person, and free of charge for children under 6 years old.
