Hot Summer Bingsu
W Bangkok hotel's "Hot Summer Bingsu" menu highlights the traditional Korean dessert of shaved ice and comes in 5 flavors such as Coco Lust, Berries in the Mix, Boozy Bingsu, Matcha Mania, and Peanut Butter Jelly. Each includes ice cream and fruit enhanced with a range of toppings including syrup, fresh fruits, cakes, brownies and more.
W Bangkok's Director of Culinary, Steven Kim, was born in South Korea so, guests can be sure his Bangkok bingsu has everything that makes the dessert so popular in Korea – and with a few of his own twists thrown in W style.
Hot Summer Bingsu is priced at THB 380++/set and is available at The Kitchen Table, WOOBAR® and WET® Deck (WET® Deck is available for in-house guests only) from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Sinful Shakes
W Bangkok hotel's culinary team has been shakin' up their stuff to welcome the hot summer season. The result is some daring and outrageous shakes available at three of the hotel's venues. So, this summer have a blast and go wild with their new sinful shakes. It's a time to be daring, so have a little guilty pleasure and indulge in these fabulous shakes! This time, we present shakes in two flavors;
· Bubble Pop:
Whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, marshmallow, yogurt powder, honey cake, and sprinkles
· Dulce De Leche:
Coconut milk, Dulce De Leche ice cream, macadamia nut cookie, chocolate fudge cake, whipped cream, chocolate powder, and macaroon.
Sinful Shakes are priced at THB 280++ each. Charge your shake with a matching shot of alcohol at additional THB 100++/glass. Available at The Kitchen Table from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m., WOOBAR® from 9 a.m. – 12 a.m. and WET® Deck (for in-house guests only) from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
