Scania enhances its service performance with Scania Assistant Center; the 24 hours roadside service as well as guarantees repair quality and on time vehicle return

The big leading truck dealer, Scania continues to make an effort to enhance after sale service performance as recently the company is about to officially open "Scania Assistance Center"; the 24 hours roadside service as well as guarantee the repair quality and on time vehicle return.

Mr. Kunyawat Ruaiaree, After Sale Service Director, Scania Siam Co., Ltd. revealed after sale service development plan and strategy that after sale service is one of the keys Scania has strived to maximize its performance to guarantee customer satisfaction by making efforts to complete the repair works on time so that customers can quickly take the vehicles back for their continuous business operation.

In addition to Scania's after sale services, it provides total solution services both for trucks and buses which its services include giving suggestion on vehicle's usage and maintenance, vehicle overall condition checkup, parts selling, and repair and service commitment providing. Scania's standard service centers are so full with sophisticated tools to suit repair & maintenance tasks and technician expert team who can give good consultation and suggestion, and execute precise checkup and repair & maintenance for all Scania vehicles. Based on the survey of customer satisfaction for those who came at Scania Service Centers, what satisfy customer the most were repair quality warranty, on time vehicle return and reasonable service cost.

Currently, Scania has 10 service centers spreading throughout the regions across the country. From the beginning of this year, there was the group of customers both for buses and trucks coming for service checkup more than 7,000 vehicles or equivalent to 50 vehicles per day. For the oncoming After Sale Service strategic plan in the 4th quarter of this year, Scania will officially open Scania Assistant Center; the 24 hours roadside service.

Scania Assistant Center; the 24 hours roadside service will assist between customer and Scania Assistance team who will provide 24 hours roadside service. This service will feature Real Time repair tracking which allows customer to track the repair status at all times via SMS as the service officer will make contact and follow up repair task since the damage has been notified by customer until the problem has been fixed. This will ensure customers that their vehicles will be well taken care of and not be left behind. In addition, Scania is so confident that Scania Assistant Center; the 24 hours roadside service will satisfy the old group of customers and become one of the key factors to convince a new group of customers for both trucks and buses to choose Scania in greater number.
