Krungsri Consumer launches a new self-service channel through Facebook Messenger chatbot to provide fast and timely response to Krungsri Consumer credit card customers. This innovative self-service touchpoint allows credit card members to check their account updates including credit balance, amount due, and credit card application status. To use this service, cardmembers can select the topics they would like to enquire via the menu in Facebook Messenger, then verify themselves following simple steps to get answers on their enquiries in a real-time, yet secured manner. This new channel provides greater convenience and more timely, 24/7 services to cardmembers. The service is now available for members of Krungsri Credit Card, Krungsri First Choice Card, Central The 1 Credit Card, and Tesco Lotus Visa Credit Card via each card's Facebook page*

*Any information customers share via the chatbot will not be shared with Facebook. After the customer completes the authentication process, which will occur in our websites, Krungsri Consumer will then return the results of application status, balance, payment amount in Messenger
