Mr. Chonladet Khemarattana, CEO of Robowealth Group, leader in Wealth Tech and digital investment services, observes that since Covid-19 pandemic started, the people widely adopted social distancing policy. Robowealth has organized a development team to rapidly respond to this, in order to provide our customers with best service at all time. New technologies have been developed to help new customers create investment account more quickly and conveniently through their mobile devices. This further enhanced both customer's convenience in the "New Normal" age and Robowealth's objective of making investment easily accessible to all Thai citizens.

For new customers looking to invest via Robowealth, both for "odini" and "FinVest" apps, we have developed supporting technologies to help "Account Opening" process easier during this era of social distancing.

Starting with technology #1 which is OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology which allows customers to no longer need to manually fill-in their information. Rather, the system uses photo of National ID card upon which the OCR technology would process information from the photo automatically.

Technology #2 #3 are the Identification System of NFC and NDID. These are created as alternatives to the Dip Chip Process (which is the inserting of National ID into a physical terminal) to combat Covid-19 situation where customers prefer to stay home. Robowealth's newly developed technology provides two options for customers to verify their identity anytime and anywhere, including (1) NFC (Near Field Communication) and (2) NDID (National Digital ID). Customers can choose whichever one is more convenient for them. NFC verifies identity through passport which can be done conveniently by placing customer's passport on an NFC-enabled mobile device where information will be transferred automatically. NDID is a digital verification system where information are pulled automatically from the data pool of banks that customers used and have provided information to and allowed sharing of this information. Using any of the three systems, which are expected to be available in 3rd quarter of 2021, customers will be ready to start investing easily and safely.
