The grade A Rasa TWO is a 29-storey office building designed by Gensler Thailand. The project, which is located near Petchaburi MRT station, is also targeting Gold LEED certification. Rasa TWO has 45,000 sq. m. of total lettable area, a column-free design floor plate with a 2.95 m. ceiling height, a full range of facility support in the building including a co-working space, meeting room, cafe and restaurant, food lounge, as well as a fitness centre and bank. The project value is THB 5 billion.
Rasa TWO is now officially opened and 100% of its space has been committed.
