"Poon Choi" by "Hong Kong Fisherman" comprises a great variety of exquisite ingredients including braised whole Japanese abalone, stewed dried Japanese scallops, stewed goose webs, fried prawns with salted and pepper, Hong Kong roasted duck, soya sauce chicken thigh, grouper fillets with sweet and sour sauce, stewed pork belly with preserved vegetable, stewed Chinese mushrooms, lotus root, stewed chestnuts, bean curd sticks, white turnip, deep-fried taro, and broccoli. This auspicious feast is meticulously crafted by highly experienced Hong Kong chefs and served in a giant clay pot, with prices ranging from 4,888 - 5,555 baht.
