AHS welcomes its new members to properties across Thailand including Rayong, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket as well as Vientiane, Laos.

Supakit Uasamphanchai Appointed General Manager at Eastin Resort Rayong, Thailand.Supakit Uasamphanchai has been appointed as the General Manager of Eastin Resort Rayong Thailand, a new luxury resort under the Eastin Hotels & Resorts brand. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in which he has held various leadership roles. He began his career working on several project pre-opening teams working his way up to the Front Office Manager position at the Alila Cha-am Resort, Paresa Resort Phuket and Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket. In 2015, he became the Group Operations Director at BHM Asia before taking up the role of VP Operations and General Manager at The Haad Tien Beach Resort Koh Tao from 2017-2018. His most recent positions have been with the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin & THE BARAI as the Director of Rooms from 2018-2020 and as the General Manager at The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya for the past year.

With such extensive management expertise and a series of important pre-openings under his belt, Supakit is now spearheading the highly-anticipated launch of Eastin Resort Rayong Thailand, a luxury resort project featuring a mixed style of modern and eco-friendly architecture that offers a high-quality living environment with its close proximity to nature and scenic views of Payoon Beach. The team at Eastin Resort Rayong can expect hands-on, people-focused leadership, guest satisfaction and financial controls from Supakit. Eastin Resort Rayong will be an intimate full-service resort featuring 158 rooms and suites with sizes ranging from 40-130 sqm. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and deluxe in-room amenities. The resort is located on Payoon Beach and is just a 15-minute car ride to Rayong city centre and only 2 hours away from Bangkok.

Pasuta Sukmanop Welcomed as General Manager at Eastin Hotel Vientiane, Laos. Pasuta Sukmanop is appointed as General Manager of Eastin Hotel Vientiane, Laos. Pasuta began her career at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok before exploring opportunities outside of Thailand. Developing her skills and adding to her experience, she worked in New Zealand and also held the Deputy Hotel Manager position at Bougainvilla Hotel in Khartoum, Sudan. In 2009, Pasuta returned to Thailand to take on the role of Resort Manager at X2 Samui Villas by Design before becoming the Resort Manager at Away Koh Kood in June 2010. She continued her career as a Resort Manager for Absolute Sanctuary Samui in 2011 before moving to Khon Khaen's Wishing Tree Resort for 4 years. For the past 6 years, Pasuta has held the position of General Manager at Jasmine Palace Hotel in Yangon Myanmar, leading the hotel since its pre-opening phase.

With her 20-year career in the hospitality industry, Pasuta has built up extensive knowledge and experience of international and luxury brands. "I am very happy to announce the appointment of Pasuta as General Manager of our first hotel in Laos. Her hands-on experience in the hospitality business, combined with her business acumen are the qualities we need in our executive management team. I'm excited to welcome her to her new role," said Mr. Clovyn.

Noppadon Rungsawang Joins U Chiang Mai, Thailand as Hotel Manager.Noppadon Rungsawang Joins the U Chiang Mai team as Hotel Manager. Noppadon joined AHS in April 2018 as the Human Resources Manager at U Jomtien Pattaya, and has since shown extremely strong professional skills in both communications and in hospitality management. In 2020, he was promoted to Operations Manager of U Jomtien Pattaya due to his dedication and proficiency in his role.  

Noppadon has extensive experience working in hotel management for organisations such as Anantara Baanrajprasong, Ibis Bangkok Nana and Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.

Kiattiyos Aprachitpairin Appointed General Manager at Travelodge Sukhumvit 11 and Travelodge Pattaya, Thailand. Kiattiyos Aprachitpairin has been appointed as the General Manager at Travelodge Sukhumvit 11 and Travelodge Pattaya, and will oversee both Thailand hotels. Kiattiyos  has a diverse background covering all aspects of the hospitality industry and has had positions with Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Centara Grand Hua Hin as Front Office Manager and as Director of Guest Services at Intercontinental Samui. Prior to joining the AHS group, he was General Manager of X2 Kui Buri and has worked for both privately-owned and managed hotels as well as management company operated units. "I am happy to announce the appointment of Kiattiyos as the General Manager of Travelodge Sukhumvit 11 and Travelodge Pattaya, Thailand. I'm certain that a gifted and determined manager such as Kiattiyos, with his performance-focused management style, will be able to thrive during this exciting move," said Mr. Clovyn.

Suthathip Yapanan Appointed General Manager at Travelodge Phuket Town, Thailand.Suthathip Yapanan has been appointed as the new General Manager of Travelodge Phuket Town, Thailand. She joined AHS at U Nimman Chiang Mai in March 2019 as the Director of Catering before moving to U Chiang Mai to take on the role of General Manager.

Suthathip is a seasoned hotelier with a 20-year career in the hospitality industry, having worked at properties including Amari Rincome Hotel, Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai and Holiday Inn Chiang Mai. "I am very pleased to announce Suthathip as the General Manager of Travelodge Phuket Town, Thailand and know that she will do a fantastic job in her new position. Her leadership style and values are sure to lead us to success and will help elevate our service and guest experience levels in Phuket," said Frank.
