Landy Home cements its position as the number 1 home building company in the market by revealing its 2021 operating results with the sales of 2.5 billion baht growing beyond target as a result of higher price of construction materials of 3-5% in 2021 as well as channel expansion toward online through Google Meet to help customers making decision. The company sets the target for 2022 to be the leader in E-Commerce to enable customers to purchase houses online with special promotions as well as expanding customer base to the new group of "Green Living" with innovations to support living quality and environmental friendly.

Ms. Pornrat Maneerattanaporn, Assistant Managing Director and Sale Director, Landy Home (Thailand) Co., Ltd. revealed that "Despite COVID-19 impact to home construction business, Landy Home has successfully penetrate the growing luxury home market. Moreover, customers were aware that there was a strong trend of price increase of construction materials of 3-5% in 2021 plus our successful campaigns and promotions to persuade customers to make decision quickly in Q3 and 4 and consistent after sales service. Other key activities which contribute to our success are design development to match with customer requirements as well as channel expansion towards online through Google Meet allowing customers to make decision quickly without travelling to the design center. Our 2021 sales of 2.5 billion baht is over 20% growth from the target of 2.35 billion baht. The sales is split into segments as follow Large-Scale Luxury Home "Landy Grand" price over 15 million baht 28%, Mid-Size Home "Landy Home" price 5-10 million baht 47%, Compact-Size Home "Trendy Home" price 2-5 million baht 25 %".

"For 2022, Landy Home sets the sales target at 2.75 million baht by focusing on "Go Green" to expand the market to "Green Living" segment to serve the needs of modern lifestyle with technologies for living such as solar roof and EV chargers, etc. The company also aims to be the leader in E-Commerce. It is expected that the sales will be 1.2 million baht in the first half of 2022".
