Suntory PepsiCo Thailand Appoints Anawat Sangkhasap as New Chief Marketing Officer to Increase Beverage Market Share in Thailand

Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of beverages under the Suntory and PepsiCo brands in Thailand, appointed Mr. Anawat Sangkhasap as Chief Marketing Officer of Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Company Limited, effective February 1, 2022.
Suntory PepsiCo Thailand Appoints Anawat Sangkhasap as New Chief Marketing Officer to Increase Beverage Market Share in Thailand

Mr. Anawat Sangkhasap will oversee marketing, building brand awareness and customer engagement, outlining marketing strategy in order to increase the company's market share as well as expanding the market to reach out to new customer segments of the company's existing beverage portfolio, including Pepsi, Mirinda, 7UP, Gatorade, Lipton, Aquafina, TEA+, and BOSS Coffee. He will be responsible for enhancing brand recognition and customer engagement as well as optimizing marketing communication in order to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.  Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) is committed to launching new products onto the market and continuing to make the difference so that the company's beverage portfolio will become the top-of-mind brands among target customers. The company also sets an ambitious goal to further develop its beverage brands for solid growth and to become the leader in the carbonated soft drink market in Thailand along with expanding its beverage portfolio.

Mr. Anawat Sangkhasap graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, with a bachelor's degree in marketing and has a master's degree in business administration (MBA) in International Business and Finance from University of Missouri - Kansas City, the United States. Anawat has gone through multiple marketing roles with more than 20 years of experience in the marketing field. His marketing journey started at retail businesses by working for Tesco Lotus, Robinson, and Siam Piwat, respectively, before serving as chief marketing officer of KFC in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. KFC is one of the largest fast-food brands in Thailand. Finally, he decided to team up with Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand).

With his experience and marketing expertise, Anawat will play a key role in enhancing the potential and strengthening performance of Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand). He will help drive outstanding growth for the company through multiple sales and distribution channels both offline and online platforms. He is ready to move the company forward towards sustainable growth as the leading beverage manufacturer and distributor in Thailand.
