First, "Ryoshi Don Nami Set" (299 baht) contains six kinds of fresh seafood including salmon, maguro (tuna), engawa (fish fin), hokkigai (surf clam), tobiko (flying fish roe), and squid. The next set is the "Salmon Chazuke Set" (299 baht), consisting of salmon, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), avocado and soup in a small teapot. Another must-try dish is "Salmon & Ikura Don Set" (549 baht), packed with Norwegian salmon which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The next highlighted menu item is "Ryoshi Don Arashi Set" (599 baht) comprising eight premium ingredients including salmon, chutoro (medium fatty tuna), hotate (Japanese scallop), unagi (freshwater eel), Zuwaigani (snow crab), ama ebi (sweet shrimp), ikura (salmon roe) and hamachi (yellowtail). Next, "Chutoro Don Set" (599 baht) includes sliced and minced chutoro and Zuwaigani. "Chutoro & Hamachi Don Set" (549 baht) contains chutoro, hamachi, ikura and Zuwaigani. Lastly, "Chutoro & Unagi Don Set" (599 baht) is packed with chutoro, the best part of maguro, grilled unagi and Zuwaigani.
